1.  To claim the privileged Member Rate, (if you have not already done
     so), BCMA members must LOGIN NOW, (See Sign-in, lower left). 
     Student Members will automatically receive their additional registration
     fee discounts after Member Login.

2.  To register online and pay by VISA or MasterCard, CLICK HERE to open the 
       Online Registration Form. 
 
3.  Please complete a separate registration for EACH delegate. 
       You will receive an automatic emailed confirmation.

4.   EXTENDED!  Early Bird Registration deadline is Monday, October 8, 2012
       (Midnight). After this date, Regular Rates will apply.

Cancellation Policy:
Registrations or Event ticket refunds will be given if written notice
of cancellation(s) is received by BCMA on or before October 5, 2012.
A 25% cancellation fee will be deducted for administrative & event
catering adjustments.
