Is there a minimum stay?
Over the Christmas holidays we have a minimum stay (3 nights)
What is check in / check out time?
Check in is 3pm and check out is 11am.
Are you a hotel or a condo?
Yes! We have hotel services but the suites are condominium/apartment design with full kitchens, insuite laundry, fireplace, CD/DVD. We have a common rooftop deck with lounge chairs and bbq.
Is there a charge for an additional person?
Our rates are based on the comfortable number of adults who can reside in the suite. This is published beside our rate for each suite. Our additional person charge is $20cad + 15% tax for someone (12 years and over) using the sofabed in the living room.
What is the easiest way to travel to you?
From the airport, train or bus depot, a taxi is the most efficient. We are accessible on public transit from other areas, the bus #5 and #6 stop 1/2 block from Times Square Suites.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we have secure underground parking. There is a daily ($15), weekly ($77) or monthly ($150) fee. You can register for parking when you arrive. It is best to arrive in the laneway at the back of the building. Buzz 200 on the intercom in front of the white parkage garage door. You can drive your car into the parkade and check in conveniently!
