When are the Ontario Games held?
Ontario Summer and Winter Games, are held every two years, in the even year (2008, 2010).
Winter are usually in March and Summer in August
Ontario ParaSport Summer Games are held every year, in June or July
Ontario 55+ Games - Summer/Winter are held every two years, Summer in even years (2008) and Winter in odd years (2009). Summer Games are held in August and Winter Games are held in February.
Where are the Ontario Games held?
The Ontario Games Program tries to spread the games out across the Province. Communities are selected on a competitive bid process. To see where the next games will be held, click HERE. Who participates in the Ontario Games?
Ontario Games for the youth are for ages 13 - 22. Athletes are selected by a qualifying process established by the respective provincial sport association. For a list of participating sport associations and websites, click HERE.

Ontario 55+ Games are for participants age 55 plus. There are districts across Ontario that organize local events and qualifying competitions in order for participants to advance to the Provincials. For more information about the Ontario Senior Games Association, click HERE.
